摘要: A new large radius imaging plate diffraction camera for high-resolution and high-throughput synchrotron x-ray powder by means of multiple exposures has been developed an insertion device beamline SPring-8, Japan. The consists a cylindrical shape cassette that is 400mm in length 954.9mm cylinder radius. designed to be mounted on the 2θ arm diffractometer BL15XU SPring-8. One covers 24° several times exposure changing 2θ-setting angle necessary obtain whole data up high region. pixel corresponds 0.003° when readout size 50μm squares.
