摘要: Abstract Removal of phthalate esters (PAEs) by α-cyclodextrin (CD)-linked chitosan bead in aqueous solution was studied. Results kinetic experiments indicated that diheptyl (DHpP) adsorbed most efficiently (3.21 mg/g) among the six PAEs. DHpP recovery 94.6% from α-CD-linked shaking both with a mixture methanol and water (v/v = 8/2). The recovered α-CD reusable as an adsorbent 20 times batch tests. PAE decreased temperature increased. However, coexisting pH, NaCl, Ca2+ did not affect adsorption efficiency. It concluded application low cost could have potential to effectively remove PAEs different aquatic environments.
