摘要: This paper reviews the literature on effect of pre- and postharvest treatment effects quality avocado fruit. It is evident from that pre-harvest factors such as ambient field temperature water stress affects physiology The handling treatments environmental conditions identified were pre-packaging treatments, different density packaging films, storage cyclic environments during fruit cold chain. Temperature was found to have greatest influence physical, sensory chemical after harvest.
