摘要: This review focuses on trends in the macromolecular recognition of biologically significant molecules (e.g., drugs, amino acids, steroids, nucleotide bases, carbohydrates, etc.) via molecular imprinting methods. An extensive list prior art including type functional monomers and crosslinkers for each biomolecule imprinted polymer is presented. Representative samples receptor-ligand dissociation constants capacities are presented as well typical values that occur classes biological systems. Imprinting technology has direct impact enhanced drug loading controlled-release carriers sustained release therapeutic agents robust biosensors novel diagnostic devices. also discusses future designed recognition, configurational biomimesis within polymeric gels, highlights recent efforts toward integrating polymers controlled delivery systems sensing In particular, application release, capacity, enantioselective or discussed. article most important problems to be solved design synthetic recognition-based networks molecules.
