摘要: Cosmid clones containing the genes for human and murine natural killer cell serine protease Met-ase (gene symbol GZMM; granzyme M) were identified by screening cosmid libraries with rat (RNK-Met-1) cDNA. The gene has a size of 7.5 kb an exon-intron structure identical to that located on chromosomes 5q11-q12, 14q11.2, 19p13.3 are expressed lymphocytes, mast cells, or myelomonocyte precursors. Using DNA as probe fluorescence in situ hybridization, we chromosomal position 19p13.3. Interphase studies two differentially labeled probes azurocidin (AZU1), proteinase 3 (PRTN3), neutrophil elastase (ELA2) cluster revealed distance from this is range 200 500 kb. mouse probes, also mapped band 10C, close lamin B2. Thus, Met-ase, AZU1, PRTN3, ELA2 fall into established region homology between 10C
