摘要: Using monoclonal antibodies against parvalbumin (PV) and calbindin (CB), a polyclonal antiserum calretinin (CR), the expression patterns of these proteins in retina tench rainbow trout were studied at light microscopic level toto preparations radial sections. Parvalbumin was present subpopulations small amacrine cells both species, but more abundant had clear centre-periphery gradient distribution tench. McAB 300 antibody CB, glial such as Muller cells, astrocytes nerve fibre layer, sparse large close to entrance optic observed species. Moreover, this strongly labelled H1 horizontal their thick axon terminals retina, whereas only population stained trout. Calretinin expressed different types ganglion numerous neurones located inner plexiform layer where some bipolar easily distinguishable. A comparison current results other vertebrate species is offered.
