摘要: Background. – The present open study investigates the feasibility of Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) in groups solely composed bipolar patients various subtypes. MBCT has been mostly evaluated with remitted unipolar depressed and little is known about this treatment disorder. Methods. Bipolar outpatients (type I, II NOS) were included for depressive hypomanic symptoms, as well mindfulness skills before after MBCT.
