摘要: A multiphase voltage controlled oscillator (VCO, 100) including multiple controllable transconductance phase drivers (102,104,106,108). The output of each driver (102,104,106,108) supplies one 4 phases and receives 2 the as inputs. Each corresponds to a pair inverting amplifiers (132,134,136,138). Amplifiers (132,134,136,138) may be simple inverter (150) that includes N-type FET (NFET, 152) P-type (PFET, 154). Transconductance is by raising or lowering supply (Vdd).
