摘要: WindNinja is a standalone computer model designed to provide the user with simulations of surface wind flow. It deterministic and steady state. currently being modified allow initialize flow calculation using National Digital Forecast Database. essentially allows downscale coarse scale from meso-scale models finer resolution.
