摘要: Abstract Under normal conditions, the hemostatic system, that includes involvement of coagulation response and platelets, is anatomically functionally inseparable from vasculature. However, always occurs in a wide range tumors because high expression initiator tissue factor (TF) many tumor tissues, due to leakage factors platelets circulation system into interstitium through abnormal vessels. Therefore, addition TF, these factors, central moiety thrombin, final product fibrin, fibronectin, which capable stabilizing clots, are also abundant tumors. These hemostasis-related moieties (HRMs), including closely associated with progression, e.g., primary growth distal metastasis. The only under pathological such as tumors, thrombosis, atherosclerosis other than tissues. HRMs within highly specific, establishing functional therapeutic targets for treatment. strategies active targeting moieties, modulation deposited microenvironment improve drug delivery, activation prodrug by complex formed during response, direct inhibition tumor-promoting activity could be designed therapy. In this review, we summarize various target
