摘要: Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the independent variables for degree liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Material and Methods: In cross-sectional retrospective study, were divided two groups as Group A (patients score 0-2) B 3-4) they compared terms age, gender, body mass index, alcohol consumption, presence diabetes, serum HCV RNA, alanine aminotransferase, gamma-glutamyl transferase, aspartate total bilirubin, albumin, globulin alkaline phosphatase levels, prothrombin time, blood thrombocyte count, splenomegaly ultrasonographic examination, genotype steatosis. Results: Of 201 patients, 93 (46.3%) males; median age 51 (range: 18-77) years. It found that transferase aminotransferase time predictive advanced fibrosis. Odds ratio p values 1.984 0.013 1.633 0.018 1.861 0.003 5.598 0.008 0.541 0.007 respectively. Conclusion: results suggested elevated and, prolonged are determining severe
