摘要: A concept of dichotomous types segmental involvement autosomal dominant skin disorders has recently been proposed. Among the different porokeratosis, disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis is known to be an disorder, and linear represents form disease. We intended exemplify type 2 manifestation within this concept. Clinical histopathologic aspects porokeratotic lesions patients were investigated. The family history was studied in both cases.
