摘要: Fruits of Ficus carica cultivar Dottato from Italy were examined to assess how the stage ripeness influences their chemical composition, antioxidant activity, pancreatic lipase inhibition and antiproliferative properties on C32 melanoma cells. first harvest (June) showed a major content in furanocoumarins pyranocoumarins whereas fruits collected September highest polyphenolic (11.9 mg/g dried material). The total 70% ethanol extracts portioned between methanol/water n-hexane, dichloromethane ethyl acetate, successively. Coumarins fatty acid esters most abundant components n-hexane fractions. fractions as 2 (rutarenin pimpinellin). F. cv. exhibited significant dose-dependent antiradical lipid peroxidation particularly that activity with IC50 1.64 mg/mL 0.004 mg/mL, respectively. Among single fractions, acetate fraction second (July) an value 0.05 while best 0.02 mg/mL. Dichloromethane photodynamic cytotoxicity IC50<5 μg/mL.
