摘要: The ability of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) to reduce adiposity may be due changes in energy expenditure and/or direct effects on adipocyte lipid metabolism. aim the present work was analyse if CLA supplementation modifies lipolytic activity adipose tissue from hamsters fed high-fat diet. Hamsters were divided into two groups and diets supplemented with either 0.5% (control) or 0.5%trans-10,cis-12 CLA. After 6 weeks, animals fasted overnight tissues dissected weighed. Adipocytes isolated by collagenase digestion incubated Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate buffer without several agents acting at different levels cascade. Adipocyte diameters measured microscopy. Adipose DNA content assessed spectrophotometry. Animals diet showed significantly reduced mass. No differences between both found for basal lipolysis, isoproterenol, forskolin, dibutyryl-cAMP isobutylmethylxanthine, pD2 isoproterenol. A similar total amount groups, showing that had no effect cell number per fat pad. Although gram tissue, an indirect reverse index size, increased hamsters, microscopy did not reveal medium mature diameter, nor size distribution groups. These results suggest reduction induced bytrans-10,cis-12 intake is lipolysis. Reduced preadipocyte differentiation adipocytes account this fat-lowering effect.
