Synthesis, structure and red-emitting luminescence properties of Eu 3+ -activated perovskite-related tungstate Ba 4 Na 2 W 2 O 11

摘要: Abstract Eu 3+ -doped perovskite-related tungstate Ba 4 Na 2 W O 11 was synthesized by high-temperature solid state reaction. The red-emitting phosphor characterized X-ray powder diffraction, structural refinement, and scanning electron microscope photoluminescence excitation emission measurements. optimal doping concentration of :Eu is about 7 mol%. This can be efficiently excited near-ultraviolet blue light to realize the stronger red luminescence than Y S:Eu phosphor. presents dominated 5 D 0  →  7 F 1 transition at a low level, becomes strongest one in -heavily doped samples. induces color changing from reddish-orange pure red. properties are discussed on base crystal structure.
