摘要: Abstract Novel Bi and/or Si substituted LiEu(MoO4)2 phosphors, where was used as sensitizer to enhance the emission intensity and substitution improve excitation efficiency, were prepared using sol–gel method, photoluminescent properties of resulting phosphors intensively investigated. All samples can be excited efficiently by UV (395 nm) light emit bright red at 614 nm, which are coupled well with characteristic from a UV-LED. In Bi3+-doped samples, intensities main line (5D0–7F2 transition 614 nm) strengthened because energy Bi3+ Eu3+. With Mo4+ Si4+, there no significant changes in peak positions, but significantly enhanced under 395 nm excitation. Particularly, LiEu0.9Bi0.1(Mo0.97Si0.03O4)2 phosphor doped both demonstrates superior comprehensive photoluminescence an excellent combination easy near range, intensity, high PL quantum efficiency suitable decay time, very for application type LEDs.
