摘要: Abstract Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) remains necessary in patients with spontaneous dissection (SCAD) ongoing ischemia. However, PCI SCAD is associated poor results. Fenestration a cutting balloon has been described to release the extraluminal compression. The authors describe 2 cases managed successfully with another fenestration technique—the subintimal tracking and re-entry technique. (Level of Difficulty: Advanced.)
