摘要: GENTRANS, a comprehensive one-dimensional dynamic simulator for electrophoretic separations and transport, was extended handling electrokinetic chiral with neutral ligand. The code can be employed to study the 1:1 interaction of monovalent weak strong acids bases single or acid base additive, including cyclodextrin, under real experimental conditions. It is tool investigate dynamics provide insight into buffer systems used in capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) isotachophoresis. Analyte stacking across conductivity additive gradients, changes concentration, component pH, migrating sample zones peaks, formation migration system peaks thereby investigated hitherto inaccessible way. For model charged modified β-cyclodextrins at acidic which complexation constants, ionic mobilities, mobilities selector-analyte complexes have been determined by CZE, simulated experimentally electropherograms isotachopherograms are shown good agreement. Simulation data reveal that CZE cationic enantiomers performed phosphate buffers low pH occur behind fast peak has small impact on composition enantiomeric separation takes place.
