摘要: Abstract IL-7 and IL-7Rα (IL-7R) form a non-redundant ligand receptor system which plays crucial role in human T cell immunity. Both IL-7R are multi-exonal genes exhibit alternative splicing. We measured the relative distribution of spliced mRNA from patients with MS healthy individuals observed extensive splicing both marked differences proportional transcript expression levels. report here for first time that transcript, lacking exon 4, not full length represents dominant RNA PBMCs novel splice variant exons 5, 6 7.
