摘要: Adipocytes are important but underappreciated components of bone marrow microenvironment, and their numbers greatly increase with age, obesity, associated metabolic pathologies. Age obesity also significant risk factors for development metastatic prostate cancer. metabolically active cells that secrete adipokines, growth factors, inflammatory mediators; influence behavior function neighboring cells; have a potential to disturb local milleu dysregulate normal homeostasis. Increased adiposity has been linked inflammation osteoporosis the bone, its effects on progression tumors metastasized skeleton currently not known. This review focuses fat-bone relationship in context homeostasis tumor bone. We discuss fat metabolism, hematopoiesis, inflammation. Special attention is given CCL2- COX-2-driven pathways as therapeutic targets disease.
