摘要: Currently, killed-virus and modified-live porcine reproductive respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) vaccines are used to control syndrome. However, both types of have inherent drawbacks; accordingly, the development novel PRRSV is urgently needed. Previous studies suggested that yeast possesses adjuvant activities, it has been as an expression vehicle elicit immune responses foreign antigens. In this report, recombinant Kluyveromyces lactis expressing GP5 HP-PRRSV (Yeast-GP5) was generated construct were analyzed in mice. Intestinal mucosal PRRSV-specific sIgA antibody higher levels IFN-γ spleen CD4+ CD8+ T cells induced by oral administration Yeast-GP5. Additionally, Yeast-GP5 administered subcutaneously evoked vigorous cell-mediated immunity, lymphocyte proliferation secretion detected splenocytes These results suggest potential for use a vaccine future.
