摘要: Currently, killed-virus and modified-live porcine reproductive respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) vaccines are used to control syndrome. However, both types of have inherent drawbacks; accordingly, the development novel PRRSV is urgently needed. Previous studies suggested that yeast possesses adjuvant activities, it has been as an expression vehicle elicit immune responses foreign antigens.
