摘要: Governments and civil society are increasingly aware that the decarbonisation of energy systems needs to be aligned with justice principles recognition, distribution process. This paper establishes a conceptual linkage between ‘sustainable development’, ‘low-carbon transitions’ ‘energy justice’ examines social priorities address peoples’ competing associated low-carbon interventions. By analysing renewable transitions in Vietnam as case study shows linking provide useful contribution for policy makers toward better understanding multidimensional complex aspects transitions, how different segments prioritise perceive them achievement socially-just decisions.
