摘要: Summary Atropine binding protein has been partially solubilized from synaptosomal membrane fractions of rat cerebral cortex. Muscarine but not tubocurarine interferes with atropine binding. Gel filtration experiments revealed the existence two proteins (MW ∼ 33,000 and 70,000, respectively) activity. Both have isoelectric points between 4.8–5.0. A rapid method devised for measurement
