摘要: Abstract Daily injections of subconvulsive amounts carbamylcholine into the rat's amygdala resulted in progressive kindling epileptic seizures. This was dose dependent and blocked by muscarinic blockers not nicotinic blockers, suggesting that this model first step induction kindled seizures involves activation receptors.
