摘要: Microbial lipases occupy a vital position with respect to their industrial applications and they are studied extensively. Thermophilic microorganisms potential sources of thermostable alkaline lipases, which have been isolated from various natural origins. Most can act in wide range pH temperature, though bacterial more common. Thermostable commercial value find biotechnological sectors such as additives detergents, food industries, environmental bioremediations molecular biology. The latest trend lipase research is the development novel improved through approaches directed evolution exploring communities by metagenomic approach. Therefore, enzymes choice for many biotechnologists, microbiologists, biochemists, environmentalists biochemical engineers. In present review, we discuss some along recent advances fermentation conditions, substrate conditions lipases. © 2013 Society Chemical Industry
