摘要: This review on enzymes from extreme thermophiles (optimum growth temperature greater than 65 degrees C) concentrates their characteristics, especially thermostabilities, and commercial applicability. The are considered in general terms first, with comments denaturation, stabilization industrial processes. Discussion of the subsequently proceeds order E.C. classification: oxidoreductases, transferases, hydrolases, lyases, isomerases ligases. ramifications cloned also discussed.
