摘要: The objective of the present study was to evaluate a practical method for separation and determination geometrical retinol isomers carotene in enteral feeding formulas analyze 17 samples commercial formulas. By using normal-phase HPLC column mobile phase consisting 1-octanol n-hexane, seven were separated identified from standard solution after photolysis.
