摘要: Abstract Baseline separation of the isomers retinol using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in less than 30 min is presented. A new approach to detection electrochemical developed. The oxidative electrochemistry studied at a glassy-carbon electrode coulometry, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and HPLC. Amperometric HPLC for provided linear response from 0 1.5 μg/ml limit 4.1 ng/ml. Electrochemical was compared absorbance determination human serum extracts. Good agreement found results obtained with two detectors.
