摘要: Molecular pathways that regulate cell growth and differentiation are now beginning to be understood. This is mainly due the identification of molecules orchestrate cycle. Cyclins cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) major players in control cycle progression. do not have enzymatic activity CDKs inactive without a partner cyclin. The function multiple proteins involved DNA replication mitosis by phosphorylating them at specific regulatory sites, activating some inhibiting others coordinate their activities. In this way cyclin/CDK complexes an ordered passage from phase next one. Multiple levels regulation present “cell machinery” obtain tight chapter we will address these items.
