摘要: The dielectric permittivity (100 Hz–1 MHz) and IR reflectivity of SrTiO3:Mn(0.1 at.%) crystals SrTiO3:Mn(0.1–3 ceramics prepared maintaining the ratio (Sr+Mn)/ Ti = 1 or (Ti+Mn)/Sr (A- B-type ceramics, respectively) were studied. Surprisingly, magnitude e'(T) dependence for with 0.1 at.% Mn appeared to be nearly same; magnitudes rise on cooling reach ~3000 at T 7 K. At same time, spectra reveal that TO (transverse optical) phonons yield a low frequency ~4000 5 K, evidencing crystal inhomogeneity. Both crystals, like faint temperature relaxations Arrhenius activation energies ~37–40 meV ~120–130 (P- T-relaxations). These emerge in losses only tentatively attributed reorientation defects associated MnTi2+–O−-type polaronic centres Oh1–D4h18 phase transition related effects, respectively. In reduced P-relaxation strongly enhances, becoming distinctly seen real part permittivity. More heavily doped A- pronounced Arrhenius-type relaxation energy ~59–68 depending concentration.
