摘要: Background Bracoviruses (BVs), a group of double-stranded DNA viruses with segmented genomes, are mutualistic endosymbionts parasitoid wasps. Virus particles replication deficient and produced only by female wasps from proviral sequences integrated into the wasp genome. injected along eggs caterpillar hosts, where viral gene expression facilitates survival therefore perpetuation DNA. Here we describe 223 kbp region Glyptapanteles indiensis genomic which contains part G. bracovirus (GiBV)
