摘要: Abstract AuFe alloy nanoparticles embedded in silica matrix are synthesized using atom beam sputtering technique and subsequently irradiated with 100 MeV Au ions at various fluences ranging from 1 × 1013 to 6 × 1013 ions/cm2. The X-ray diffraction, absorption spectroscopy, photo electron spectroscopy transmission microscopy results show that swift heavy ion irradiation leads decomposition of surface region subsequent reprecipitation Fe occur. process phase individual element is explained on the basis inelastic thermal spike model.
