摘要: PURPOSE OF REVIEW: The da Vinci robot has proved to be the most advanced surgical system in gynecology. In this review we evaluated possibilities of applying robotic assistance improve gynecological endoscopic oncological surgery. RECENT FINDINGS: A literature survey on robotic-assisted oncology clearly supports use laparoscopic Robotic precision tumor excision, easier intracorporal suturing and favorable ergonomics for surgeon make particularly suitable performing complex microinvasive operations oncology. SUMMARY: surgery combines advantages open our opinion, may lead better results than conventional surgery, field However, opinion yet confirmed by randomized studies.
