摘要: —Phytochrome (Pfr)-mediated threshold control of apparent lipoxygenase (LOG) synthesis in the cotyledons mustard seedling depends on presence hypocotylar hook. With isolated cotyledons, no suppression by light LOG can be detected. As soon as are separated from hook, Pfr is completely lost. The data consistent with hypothesis advanced a previous paper [Oelze-Karow, H. and Mohr (1973) Photochem. Photobiol.18, 319–330] that controlled phytochrome located support concept [De Greef, J. A. R. Caubergs (1972) Arch. Int. Physiol. Biochim.80, 959–960] very precise highly ordered biophysical recognition transmission system signals exists plants.
