摘要: Non-stationary photoconversions of the two forms photochromic sensory plant pigment phytochrome are theoretically analyzed. It is shown that from actual in situ measurements changes absorbances caused by these a sequence exposures to actinic light, one can calculate spatial distribution along path beam. The necessary condition such calculation existence screen with known distribution, which must be obtained an independent experiment. Thus, possibility proved measure, instead much larger chemical and optical body inside object. Expressions estimate errors involved presented present paper.
