摘要: In vitro data support a scheme of phytochrome phototransformation involving intermediates in sequential pathway. The fraction total maintained as intermediate under conditions pigment cycling well the rate dark reversion far red-absorbing (Pfr) to form (Pr) has been shown depend on molecular environment molecules. Inverse Pr Pfr observed vitro. These results contribute toward an understanding paradoxes between physiological experiments and measurements amount state vivo. vivo spectrophotometric assay measures average properties different cellular environments, whereas particular response may be controlled by molecules one environment. It is therefore possible that all potentially active triggers specific responses virtue its localization.
