摘要: Mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) can uniquely detect thousands of compounds allowing both their identification and localization within biological tissue samples. MSI is an interdisciplinary science that crosses the borders physics, chemistry biology, enables local molecular analysis at a broad range length scales: From the subcellular level to whole body sections. The spatial resolution some mass spectrometers now allows nano-scale research, crucial for studies in nanomedicine. Recent developments have enabled the optimization drug delivery with nanoparticles specific organs such as kidney, liver brain. Combining nanomedicine has vast potential, specifically treatment of neurological disorders, where effective been hampered by blood-brain barrier. This review provides introduction its different technologies, application nanomedicine and possibilities offers study signals Finally, we provide an outlook future exciting potential nanoparticle-related research.
