摘要: The goal of this paper is to demonstrate the use adjoint-based functional correction and mesh adaptation for aerodynamic flows with an unstructured finite volume solver. A key feature our approach that all calculations are performed on a single mesh, unlike other error schemes. As using original p-truncation estimate not helpful in improving functional, we smoothed truncation correct both inviscid viscous flows. term based adjoint solution, continuous discrete adjoints. same used as indicator goal-based well. Our results show effectiveness method convergence rate test cases interest computational aerodynamics.
