摘要: Background Colon cancer is one of the most aggressive human malignancies, with a very poor prognosis. Although it has been suggested that different isoforms lymphoid enhancer factor (LEF-1) have opposing biological activities, outcome aberrant LEF-1 activation in colon still unclear. The aim this study was to evaluate effect phenotypes on growth carcinoma cell lines. A deeper understanding these processes might improve targeted therapies for by regulating expression LEF-1.
