AC conductivity of amorphous indium-selenium films

摘要: The electrical conductivity of flash-evaporated InSex films was measured in the frequency range 103 to 107 Hz and temperature 200 300 K. Studies properties grown from different stoichiometries flash-source materials are reported this work. observed behaviour is described terms a simple hopping model. dependence sigma AC can be well explained by correlated barrier density localized states N(EF) also estimated for these materials.
