摘要: Buccal mucosal samples are studied for micronuclei in tobacco users. This was with emphasis chewers. Earlier we established protocol collecting, staining, and analyzing (MN) buccal smears. Samples from over 650 patients were micronuclei. MN( ) used as a biomarker genotoxicity clearly evidenced by steady increase frequency of MN cases no habit, to potentially malignant lesions (PMD )to frank malignancy various stages. Since all ab-users do not get cancer may take considerable time there is need identifying susceptible groups. Here one can arbitrarily use outliers. In the current study nearly 20 % outliers cheaper way such an be subjected further studies some well known gene markers or these identified patient directly warned thier greater susceptibility.
