摘要: We have studied weak localization and conductance fluctuations in 2D mesoscopic GaAs/AlGaAs heterojunctions for T=60 mK to 7 K. The weak-localization data show that the spin-orbit scattering rate exceeds phase-breaking below ∼2 At same time, conductance-fluctuation amplitude is reduced significantly K, as compared extrapolated from high-temperature region. Our agree well with calculations effect of on amplitude. A related magnetic correlation field also discussed
