摘要: Abstract The kinetics of albendazole metabolites and sulphoxide enantiomers were studied in 2- 14-month-old female male goats, after a single oral dose administration (10 mg/kg) an formulation. Blood samples from the jugular vein collected at 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48 54 h post-treatment analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography method. In all groups area under plasma concentration-time curve (AUC) peak concentration ( C max ) values (+)-ABZSO significantly higher than those (−)-ABZSO. AUC obtained for (−)-ABZSO adult animals compared to results young animals, showing significant differences except animals. independently gender, appeared earlier mean residence time (MRT) shorter compounds analyzed. No sex-related found any parameters calculated
