摘要: The aim of the experiment was to study changes in blood gases, electrolytes, acid-base and some coagulation parameters occurring during long lasting anaesthesia strangulation obstruction small intestine horses. Five healthy ponies were used for that purpose. They submitted 9 hours isoflurane with CRI dexmedetomidine ketamine. Strangulation performed 6 histomorphometric investigations restored enteroanastomosis afterward. Arterial venous samples taken three periods investigated measured. Instead periodic IPPV oxygenation progressively decreased judged from lowered PaO2 saturation time. Moreover, a respiratory acidosis developed at 3 hour went deep hour. With regard system alterations affected only D-dimer. Increase D-dimer values corresponded elevation lactate level. Long abdominal surgery does not impaired significantly horses but could contribute further worsening already compromised functions colic
