摘要: To clarify whether the mesenchymal cells derived from human placenta were available for bone regeneration, we investigated effects of osteogenic induction on fetal and maternal parts placenta. The osteogenic-induced mineralization in both types was measured by von Kossa staining, calcium concentration expression markers assayed RT-PCR. In parts, osteopontin, osteocalcin, alkaline phosphatase, collagen type I, which are markers, expressed. Moreover, part mineralized 3 weeks, but those not. These results showed that had an phenotype only capable being used as a cell source reconstitution.
