摘要: Lead (Pb2+) ions accelerate the lipid peroxidation observed when Fe2+ are added to phospholipid liposomes at pH 5.5 or 7.4, although Pb2+ alone do not induce any peroxidation. Similarly, aluminium (Al3+) increase Fe2+-dependent liposomal 5.5. Both and Al3+ of erythrocytes induced by high concentrations H2O2 in presence azide, they also that occurs Fe2+-ADP is rat liver microsomes 7.4. It proposed increased may contribute toxic actions humans.
