摘要: The effects of common tablet excipients on the permeation diazepam through polydimethylsiloxane membranes and turnover time goldfish were studied. permeability coefficient decreased increased in presence talc, polysorbate 80, and, possibly, fumed silicon dioxide, but these parameters unaffected by lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, starch.
