摘要: Genome information constitutes a catalog of genes and proteins an organism allows genome-wide expression profiling the transcriptome proteome. A large body evidence, however, suggests that many biological events are regulated not only by gene but also post-translational modifications proteins, such as glycosylation. Thus, analysis protein glycosylation is one most important issues current proteomics research. We introduce here our strategy for large-scale “glycoproteome” based on liquid chromatography-coupled mass spectrometry (LC/MS) shotgun technology.
