摘要: A woman with gross hematuria was shown to have a severe isolated factor V deficiency due inhibitor of 200 U/ml titer. Hematuria persisted despite multiple infusions plasma but, after one transfusion 1 U platelets, urine red blood cells decreased by more than 98%. To evaluate the patient's platelet function we performed prothrombinase and tenase assays platelets from patient normal donors. By assay, ionophore-activated showed 42% activity in their ability support prothrombin activation activated X; whereas 'tenase' which measures platelets' X IX + VIII, 117% normal. The addition excess bovine assay fully corrected defect. results demonstrate benefit indicate that this case are primary source for hemostasis.
