摘要: A 57-year-old married Chinese male without a family history of bleeding disorder was presented with severe hemorrhagic tendency and subsequently found to be suffering from an acquired inhibitor against coagulation factor V. The prolonged prothrombin time activated partial thromboplastin could not corrected by the addition normal plasma. Subnormal value V level noted accompanied abnormal platelet III availability test. With specific antisera staphylococcal protein A, characterized as IgG(lambda) antibody. laboratory data were after treating patient concentrate transfusion cyclophosphamide.
